Influencer Camilla Lorentzen opened up about a health scare while pregnant.

Camilla, 36, took to Instagram on Sunday, April 5, to share that she’s suffering from RSV while expecting her third child with wife Julie Lorentzen. “Getting serious RSV wasn’t on my 36 weeks pregnant bingo card but here we are🆘,” Camilla captioned a series of photos captured during her road to motherhood.

According to the Mayo Clinic, Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common illness that affects the lungs and respiratory tract. It causes a dry cough, a fever, a sore throat, a headache and more.

“Luckily, baby girl is thriving and I’m the only one on the struggle bus, but I kinda feel like we’ve had enough bad luck these past few weeks🤧,” Camilla added alongside the candid photos in which she was seen sobbing, getting an ultrasound and showing off her growing baby bump. “At least I got to test the adult diapers I bought for postpartum😂.” Her fans sent her well-wishes in the comments section.

“Biggest hugs. Sending you lots of good energy and prayers. 🩵,” one wrote, while a second added, “Sending all the healing vibes your way!!!” A third commented, “Sending love and healing 😭❤️.”

Julie, 29, and Camilla previously welcomed two sons together in April 2024 and November 2023. The couple tied the knot in July 2022.

After welcoming their firstborn, the new parents announced his birth via social media. “Never felt a love like this🤍🌎,” they captioned a joint post showing Julie’s home birth. “I cannot believe how lucky we are to be able to call ourselves your mummies. Birth story coming later this week, but everything went amazingly and it was the most empowering experience ever. Our little boy👶🏻😭.”

Their first son’s birth came after the couple got candid about suffering a miscarriage in January 2023. “I have never been this vulnerable on the internet before & posting this is scary for me, but I know there are so many people going through this exact experience alongside us & awareness is important,” she captioned a TikTok at the time, noting that the embryo “stopped developing” and “could never survive outside of [her] uterus.”

The couple shared that they would be “trying again” in her “next cycle.”

“We will have our rainbow baby,” they wrote.

Julie later gave birth to their second son, and Camilla is expecting their third baby in about a month. Earlier this month, she gushed about leaning on Julie for support. “Everything is a little bit less challenging with her by my side🩷,” she captioned a reel of them hugging. “36 weeks 2 days pregnant today & I’m not gonna lie: I’m ready for this to be over.”
